The team has just completed part of the History project with a group in Summer Lane Primary the children have took part in local history research, interviewing family members, learning about music from the past and taking part in a games session, where all the games and activities were from the 50s,60s,70s,80s and 90s. Not sure who enjoyed it the most the young people or the Teachers.
The full team has been out in Wilthorpe primary supporting the Year 3s in a outdoor gardening and landscape project. We will be in school for 6 weeks supporting the Staff and young people.
Our work in the Outwood Academy has been extremely successful, and we will be contiuing our work in school after Half trem working with a group of Year 10 Young women.
